This was my first time using the salon. Private parking right outside which was so convenient. The salon was lovely and relaxing with a nice atmosphere. I absolutely loved the keratin treatment. My hair looks so healthy and in such good condition and feels so smooth. Zaf was excellent in knowing what would suit my hair and I will definitely be going back for highlights!

Poor experience. He burn my forehead with a hair dryer once. No patch test(was included in the app) and never ask me do I have any allergies. Half way through the hair cut, a lady came in and tell me my hair is long so they need to charge me extra£10
