I was told to wait whilst the owner had her done. I wasn’t offered a drink for the two hours I was there. I was told I couldn’t have the style I wanted because it didn’t come with the voucher. I was told I had to pay £10 extra for longer hair and £25 extra for toner. Just trying to get more and more money. Zaf was lovely however the main event was the manager sorting her own hair and checking herself in the mirror. Massive shame. Will not return.

Zaf asked me what I wanted done and he cut it exactly right. We also had a good chat. I felt very comfortable and understood
