This was my first visit to Halo Hairs. I was made to feel very welcome and it very quickly becomes apparent just how skilled Zaf is. He identified the issues I have with my hair and adjusted his blow dry technique to get a more effective finish. I was very pleased with the result. I have already booked to go back for colour and cut.

I was told to wait whilst the owner had her done. I wasn’t offered a drink for the two hours I was there. I was told I couldn’t have the style I wanted because it didn’t come with the voucher. I was told I had to pay £10 extra for longer hair and £25 extra for toner. Just trying to get more and more money. Zaf was lovely however the main event was the manager sorting her own hair and checking herself in the mirror. Massive shame. Will not return.
