I felt it wasn’t a friendly environment. I’m used to going into the hairdressers and being asked about my day and having a conversation. I get not every stylist is like this but I didn’t even get a hello how are you. I like going into the hairdressers and having a rewind time. I feel the haircut in itself was not awful - wasn’t exactly what I asked for and I feel that’s because not enough time was spent on the consultation asking me what I wanted because it all seemed rush.
I had a recent visit for keratin treatment. Used groupon voucher but they told me to pay extra for good keratin treatment and in the telephone call they accepted to use another groupon voucher for haircut . When I went there for an appointment they told me to pay full and told only for the first treatment I can use groupon.
