This was the best hairdressing experience I've ever had. After 4 years in London I've finally found a stylist.
It started the day before the appointment when I turned up a day early... And not only were they super nice about it, the next day they remembered me and my treatment. In a central London salon that's quite unusual and made me feel special, not just another customer, like so many places make you feel.
This continued throughout the treatment. The welcome was cordial. The toilet was well stocked and squeaky clean (like everything else), and that can make it or break it for me. My stylist, Stacey took the time to really inspect my hair, asked about my hair care routine and made 120% sure that I was satisfied with where we were going. He saved a horrible uneven haircut and turned it into something I can grow out without taking a lot off. I was perfectly satisfied and look forward to going back there, next time for a sunkissed colour treatment! I can't believe this level of service exists in central London for a very fair price. Stacey, I'd like to appoint you to be my stylist.
I went for a haircut and blowdry with Stacey (senior creative) and I am super pleased! Would recommend anyone to go there! I just wanted to trim my ends and then get suggestions on how to do my hair only daily basis (as it's boring flat normally...) Stacey took well care of my hair and feeded me with tips how to take care of my hair with products (and where to buy them cheaper...!)
He def gained my trust and I will go back there regularly and recommend anyone too.
