Finally found a salon on 'Treatwell' that I can trust!!
With her understanding and careful consideration of my needs, Andrea saw past my request for 'just a trim' and by asking questions and actually caring was able to apply her expertise and give me not just a trim but a hairstyle I love!! She also gave me some great tips throughout about products I could use without product peddling (which I despise). She recommended dying my hair in a different way that I might like whilst emphasising the importance of going to a salon I can trust (thoughtful without being salesey). So the haircut ticked all the boxes.
Otherwise, the place is clean, pleasant, central, and staff are incredibly pleasant (friendly without chewing your ear off). I also got £10 vouchers to give to my colleagues/friends (and I get £10 off for recommending them which is great). I'll definitely go back and recommend.
Andrea was so lovely, quickly worked out what I wanted and what would work best with my hair. She understood my (lack of) styling skills and recommended the kind of haircut which would work with that. She worked swiftly and listened to what I wanted when it came to the blow dry and products used.
The venue is fairly small but is very bright and welcoming. The staff are friendly and I was very happy with my haircut by the Senior Stylist. I will definitely return.
Andrea was lovely and was very conscientious about getting my haircut exactly how I wanted. She made me feel at ease and was lovely and chatty. She blow dried my hair straight but then straightened it aswell which made it go a bit flat - but it made a change to my usual big bouffant!
The salon could do with a lick of paint here and there to make a better first overall impression.
