I don't recommend this service for long haircuts. I wanted a little cut and clean-up after growing the hair for 10 months. He only ended up cutting it shorter at the back of the head, so I had to ask him twice to refine the rest of it, clean-up the fringe etc. In the end I got the same messy hair as it was after 10 months, just a bit shorter. He seemed not very concerned with the style, but was only asking in terms of "shorter/longer".
