My daughter and I went last year and were disappointed with the cut. Additionally we were "sold" conditioner as an additional service to the haircut. This cost approx £5 on top of the haircut. We were told it would leave us with conditioned hair for sometime. However the soft feel did not last beyond a say. We felt ripped off.
