Ati was lovely, but I she may have still been training. She shaved my nails down quite considerably, meaning two have snapped and had to be cut down, just 5 days after having them done.
There was also a very small selection of colours to choose from. Dark red is quite a common shade, but there wasn't any available so I wasn't too happy with the colour I had to go for.

I've been going to have my haircut by Hana for about a year now since she saved my hair after a bad experience at a different salon. I love the very calm and professional atmosphere she has created in the salon, I know I am in safe hands!

Eyelash removal was very carefully done and especially when they were from another salon. Some places wont do it. So really appreciated the care taken.
