I am so pleased with my hair - Rachel styled it exactly as I asked and it looks great. The whole experience was wonderful. Rachel is very friendly but professional. How she managed to do what she did while I wittered on amazes me!

As a Japanese, it was great to be served by a Japanese stylist. He was very friendly and taught me important factors about hair treatment, cultures and recommendations (tourism and restaurant) in the UK.
