The appointment was for my daughter. I called before the appointment to tell the stylist that I had been burgled the night before and that my daughter had to stay at grandparents the night before and the police had just left so I may be delayed.
He showed no sympathy no consideration and when I suggested that I may be slightly delayed to the appointment he just said that’s fine so long as it was not more than 10 mins late! I have used Hana for years and it was not a reflection of Hana’s soft

A really wonderful trip to the hairdresser. Taka was extremely skilled and friendly. It is the first cut in absolutely years I'm delighted with. I have long hair and often feel cheated paying for a cut that is usually nothing more than a trim. This time my hair was styled yet maintaining the length. Highly recommended.
