Had a fantastic haircut again! Lovely atmosphere and attention from the staff, even had a lesson in how to blow dry my hair at home!

Appointment moved by Hana to 5.45 rather than 6.15pm as per my original booking, accepted this as she said they close etc....arrived at 5.45 to find Hana doing hair extensions that were obviously nowhere near finished, at 6.30 she got her assistant to wash my hair and then suggested that he could blow dry it , she commented a couple of times oh sorry won’t be long , why didn’t she just say when I arrived that she was running late and could her assistant do my hair ??? He did a great job as good as Hana if not better , but charged me £30 !! Hana’s price not his assistant rate price !! Left salon at 7pm 1.25 hours after arriving for a blow dry and Hana was still doing the hair extension client ! Rubbish service , high prices and yes they do a good blow dry but not worth the time wasted ....

Very comfortable and professional service, I loved my haircut this was the best experience for me I highly recommend this salon! I’m looking forward to get my extensions done on my next appointment.
