Staff were lovely and made me feel at ease instantly. I've left it a week because I wanted to see how my nails actually held up. One week on 3 nails have fully snapped off (my own nails) which I'm not happy about, they were filed different to how I usually have them and gel started to chip off a couple days in. As much as I enjoyed the salon I wouldn't go back simply because of my nails snapping when I've been growing them for months.
