Treatment was fine, but appointment was booked for 1:30, didn’t get seen until 1:50 and what was supposed to be a 45 minute appointment turned into an hour and a half in total with 3 different people doing different parts of the manicure. Would have been ok, but the time in the car park was ticking, so not exactly relaxing
