I had booked a gel manicure and was given biab which I don’t even know what it is? I had prepaid for the appointment but was made to pay an extra £15 for this and the result is not nice. I have multiple cuts on my fingers and the nails are clumpy. I also received an email an hour before my appointment when I was already on the way there that it had been rescheduled
