Nice environment, staff are friendly but disappointed with service. Booked for £40 BIAB infill but was advised they needed taking off and started again. The process was quite painful with the technician scraping at my nails. The French tips were OK but not the colour I had wanted, (I showed a photo but was not consulted on the colour before application) and the lines are not all that neat. I was then charged £66!!! With no communication that it would cost any more during the appointment

Just had my gels removed and she was kind enough to file, shape and buff my nails afterwards followed by some nail oil
