The salon is nice but the service was painfully slow. My appointment was 4pm and I wasn’t finished until 6:20pm. This was due to a late start, unnecessary duplication of shaping both pre and post infill, a while for them to search for the colour I selected, which they couldn’t find and I had to have a different one, and just general slowness. No apology or compensation for the excessive time it took. They forgot about the lady next to me who took her own soak foils off as they started burning!

I tried several nail salons in the area and this one is definitely my favourite! The staff are super attentive and friendly. The quality of BIAB is very good and lasts a long time, I’ll be definitely coming back! X
