Nice venue and they were very friendly and thorough with the mani + pedi. I appreciate they took the time, but it did take much longer than usual and most of my extensions fell off within a week (the first one within 4 days).

Terrible nail shape, all the nails are uneven. Took over 2hrs for BIAB removal and re do, which would be fine if the nails were perfect. the polish is also on my cuticles so in a few days when it starts growing out it will probably start peeling. Therapist was perfectly nice and polite but just not skilled enough.
