The nail technician arrived 30 mins late, and proceeded to make coffee for another customer who was waiting, instead of the starting the appointment. So we ran over by over half an hour and she had to rush towards the end. The nails ended up not very even and I didn’t get the color I wanted since we ran out of time to add more than one coat. If they’d told me she’d be late or if she had immediately started when she arrived, it would’ve been fine. Overall would not recommend.
