Not a great first experience. Was kept waiting for 25 minutes despite having an appointment. Then there was no hot water to soak my feet in. A member of staff was having to boil a kettle but by this time it had been over half an hour/40 minutes and it didn’t instill me with confidence so I left. The staff were apologetic but it wasn’t the relaxed luxury pedi I was going to pay £40 for. Disappointing - booked elsewhere.

Had a mani and pedi with Charlotte and it was a great experience. A really relaxing environment and Charlotte paid a lot of attention to detail!
