The salon is really lovely + everyone is super nice there but I did have a few problems.
2 days after getting my gels one of them had majorly chipped through no fault of my own. Also whilst getting my manicure the cuticle process was rather painful and since then my cuticles have been very dry and peeling away which is something I've never experienced before (I regularly get my nails done)
I went back to get my nail fixed which they did no questions asked and quickly, thanks!

The staff are friendly and welcoming but my gel manicure wasn’t up to scratch. Two of my cuticles bled from the manicure and my finger was cut by the nail file so I have a painful cut like a papercut. I’m afraid I won’t be returning.
