The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Offered a bottle of water as soon as I sat in a chair, much needed. Happy with my pedicure. Will go again.
Pedicure
The experience at Hapi Hands was not great. I had to wait for 20 minutes to be seen despite booking and then the person who started my pedicure clearly wasn’t experienced - to the extent she swapped out with someone else. The polish was applied really clumsily and ended up on my toes and on the skin around my nails. Although they used a brush and polish remover to tidy them they still looked really bad - I’d have done a better job myself. In the end I had to cancel my manicure because the pedicure took an hour and a half instead of 45 minutes. No one seemed to acknowledge this and it seemed all other customers were in the same boat. The woman next to me was a walk in and had her feet soaking for over an hour, waiting for someone to see her. The salon is new and teething problems are expected, but this was all too much - I’m unlikely to return.
