Had a 30 appointment however I ended up having to wait a long time for my pedicure due to walk ins

Loved the decor but some of the staff were slightly rude and charged me for the wrong thing, but overall happy
Manicure
Unfortunately I was waiting half an hour to be seen and then they removed my biab with a nail drill instead of doing it properly which has now left my nails in a very poor state.

It was extremely hot in the salon - uncomfortably hot which I think will be fixed as they get used to the site and the people coming in.
Pedicure wasn't great - no shaping of the nails, not did the technician ask me what shape I wanted.
Hopefully the salon can iron out the teething problems soon. Will try again
