very professional, great service. took longer than advertised but happy overall.
The ladies were really lovely, however I was left waiting half an hour after my appointment time, with no explanation or apology. Once the manicure began, it took quite a long time to complete and the overall finish still appeared rushed and not what I had asked for.
Due to already running late, there was no time to rectify my nails as I had already spent 2hours in the salon for a simple shellac manicure without any removal. The salon space is lovely though.
