Worst wax I've ever had! She was in the middle of a haircut for a different customer and trying to get rid of me quickly, she used strips instead of hard wax even though I have coarse hair until I asked her to change after seeing the absolute mess she had made. She blamed my hair even though im 34 and never had a problem before! She went over the same spots 5 times, not letting it cool down,used essential oil( I'm allergic) without telling me, and kept dismissing my concerns.Awful.

The Team:
Venora has worked in the hair and beauty industry for 20 years and is a qualified lvl4 hairdresser as well as a hairdressing assessor. She also earned a L’Oreal Art Certification. But not only is she highly skilled at her job, she’s also very genuine, nice and friendly.
