I usually go to this place. Tiny's attention to detail is spectacular, and they really do like to ensure you are left with whatever you wanted (even if you didn't know what you wanted at the start).

3 finger nail cuticles were cut so low they bled. Pedicure nails are uneven, the french tips on my toes are different sizes. Service was extremely long, perhaps the technician was inexperienced. Lovely people but the service made me disappointed. All nail technicians should be trained to the same level of expertise.
