The final result was great, but they need to be more clear on sterilisation processes. They cut me slightly when trimming cuticles and then put the packet with the used equipment back in the same basket as they got a new one out of - this makes me worry whether equipment is sterilised between uses. Even if a client does not bleed, all equipment must be washed and sterilised between every use.
