Really disappointed with recent visit to Happy Nails. I was already apprehensive about coming back as the previous time I had visited the nail technician had filed my nails so carelessly that I got 2 ingrown nails that turned into infections. On top of that, the shellac was really messy, thick and lumpy. This time, the nail technician ran the electric nail filer over my skin, abrading it. And to top it off, they ended up doing the wrong treatment, despite me explicitly asking for shellac nails.

Nice people and a good job on my nails but cleanliness needs a lot of work.
The person doing my nails had a severe fungal nail infection and did not wear gloves. The equipment did not look like it was cleaned regularly and the foot bath was cleaned but with no antibacterial spray/soap. The room had also no ventilation.
I hate to leave a review like this as they’re friendly but the safety standards are not up to scratch and I felt/feel quite worried of getting an infection.
