There were no towels and I was a bit surprised by the lack of cleanliness. The staff doing my nails was also visibly ill and was not wearing a mask or gloves.

The venue is not the nicest but I heard they are undergoing some decorating. However I go here for the value which can't be beaten. To get acrylic nails done in central London for under £20! Can't go wrong really and they always do a stellar job.
