Happy Nails has a couple nail stations within a hair salon. Lucy and Lee were super friendly and the shellac manicure was great. The ambiance is not very nice as the salon has CCV screens on display, which doesn't create a relaxing experience. Good service and quality if you aren't looking for a nice ambiance or pampering.
