I had to wait for an hour over my booking time before I got seen , they let a lady who came in after me without a booking be seen to before me. Got charged an extra £20 for the service so the total came to £50 - for what reason I couldn’t tell you I simply got nail extensions, no design/sns or anything. They charge each customer different prices , nails are mediocre at best. I will not be returning, very snappy nail technicians however the one I had seemed to be one of the nicer ones.

Nails were exactly as I wanted! Quickly seen, and was even given a little gift of nail polish and chocolate for christmas!
