STAY AWAY!!!
I have been treated extremely wrong in Green Lotus Nails on Woolwich road.
I wanted to do nails and had questions to lady, she got annoyed and clearly didn’t bother to give me a proper answer, was dismissive and treated me like an idiot in front of all customers.
Moreover I finally didn’t get my treatment as got very stressed of her behaviour and when I say I want to leave place, they charged me me very quickly from my prepayment and when I asked form my money back they said that BY LAW IN ALL UK it’s not possible to give me money back and dropped me a gift voucher for remaining amount to spend in that place, AGAIN!! . Unbelievable! when I asked for name of the woman who was so rude to me I will complain to their manager or owner, they all said that they all are mangers there and I can complain to them now and they won’t tell me name of the lady who was rude to me as I POSSIBLY CAN ATTACK HER!!! Can you imagine of the accusations??!!!
I must say that I have never been treated in such a horrible n rude way. I have been told that only one bad thing what happened in there it was me!!! And I should leave!!! - all this because I had few questions in regards to me treatment And someone didn’t bother to look after client properly.! Those women speaking native language between themselves and laughing clearly of what was happening was unbelievably rude. There was more things bad and rude comments towards me was happening that moment but not enough space here to tell all exact story.
I will never come back to that place again and will not put a penny towards behave like this. don’t waste your hard worked money to place like this as they seriously don’t give a damn about you, money or nothing.
