Its way too quiet in the shop. Feels awkward. They need to manage appointments better too, I am left waiting and parking nearby is limited so am always on edge during my appointment and they always run late

Paid for a full set and asked for coffin nails, instead I got long square nails. They dont look bad but it’s not what I asked for
