The manager saved the visit. I had pedicure and manicure booked. A young guy did the pedicure OK, but manicure wasn't turning out well. The manager overheard my comments and took over finishing my manicure. I was very much satisfied with the job she did. However the result could be different if she didn't intervene. Also I had to wait for 40 minutes or so as they had overlaps. Manager said they had no time to check online bookings and suggested I should give them a call next time rather than using Treatwell, which is a bit annoying..
