This was my first time getting my gel nails removed, so I'm not sure if I can truly review how the service went. However, my nails did not break, they are still nice and strong although some residue seems to be left. The ambience was alright, I did find the tools did not look overly clean. The lady was so sweet though, and made sure to apply strengthener to my nails. Overall good value for money, I think!
