Pedicure was great. Very clean and well executed. They moved off onto another client whilst my feet were wrapped at the end and forgot about me so was a bit of a let down at the end. Would still go back though.

Manicure just lasted one day and started chipping after. Staff was polite. Could just give 1 star for the eyebrow waxing as unfortunately did not receive the treatment as the member of staff responsible for waxing had her day off. They should not offer appointments for waxing if they can’t do it or at least inform the customer via email or phone before they are coming in for their appointment....

Not a great experience. I felt like my therapist was just trying to get my appointment over and done with, rather than do a good job. She cut my nails so aggressively, it will take a while for me to be able to wear them natural again. Wouldn't go back

It was a nice enough pedicure, but I was a little bit disappointed that they wouldn't give me a stamp on my loyalty card because I booked through Treatwell rather than direct. This isn't stipulated on the card.
