The staff were very friendly and the salon in a convenient location. The pedicure and manicure were mostly done in tandem so delighted with the time it took. However I had the new dip gel technique which I believe is very new to them. I was not made aware that the resultant colour would be much darker than the powder in the pot so I am unhappy with the colour and the left hand nails are far bigger that the right despite me pointing this out and the shapes on nails not uniform. I have very small hands and the nails are so big they look like stick ons. I’m sure this is just due to a new product that requires practice as the salon even on a weekday was full of regulars.
