Ombre nails were not up to standard. Sorry to say as previously they were amazing. Will not be returning as it upset me as a customer.

The nails came off okay but the colour of the manicure was strange (as if the polish had either gone off or was a really cheap brand). It was supposed to be a deep purple but after 5 coats it came out as lilac. I disliked it so much that I had them taken off and re-done elsewhere, but because there were 7 coats in total, the other salon couldn't get them off using acetone foils. I ended up having to have them filed off. My natural nails are now totally ruined!

The staff were very friendly and the place had a relaxing atmosphere. I’m looking forward to coming back :)
