Shop was closed still upon arrival for 9:30am appointment. One staff member showed up after 10 minutes of waiting. By that time there were three of us waiting with 9:30am appointments booked. Further staff didn't arrive until 10:00, leaving us waiting for service. Would have left, but Treatwell requires payment in advance so would have lost my money. This is the third time this has happened. Shellac manicure is really good (long lasting and even), but not worth the hassle as outlined above.

Arrived for my appointment to a locked door, stood outside with 3 other customers who had also booked an appointment on Treatwell. One said this has happened to her 3 times now. First member of staff showed up 20 minutes late and made many excuses, but didn't actually apologise to us. Other staff turned up 30 and 40 minutes late. Given their lateness, experience was very rushed and I think she damaged my nails in a rush to remove old shellac. Awful experience, will never go back.

I come here often and usually there’s never any complications or misunderstandings but it seemed as though there was confusion between shellac pedicure and paint and polish. Ended up not getting the shellac polish but just a pedicure and normal colour instead which is also fine but I think they I’m need to be more specific on treatwell about what service includes what. Aside from that I left very happy with my mani and pedi!
