Arrived for my appointment to a locked door, stood outside with 3 other customers who had also booked an appointment on Treatwell. One said this has happened to her 3 times now. First member of staff showed up 20 minutes late and made many excuses, but didn't actually apologise to us. Other staff turned up 30 and 40 minutes late. Given their lateness, experience was very rushed and I think she damaged my nails in a rush to remove old shellac. Awful experience, will never go back.

I come here often and usually there’s never any complications or misunderstandings but it seemed as though there was confusion between shellac pedicure and paint and polish. Ended up not getting the shellac polish but just a pedicure and normal colour instead which is also fine but I think they I’m need to be more specific on treatwell about what service includes what. Aside from that I left very happy with my mani and pedi!

Nice staff, usually enjoy treatment but the guy who did my manicure made my nails all sorts of different shapes. Was not happy with the result.
