This got off to a bad start since despite booking for 1.30pm, I was provided my treatment at 1.50. The nail technician clearly failed to shake the nail polish. Because of this, the color was not applied evenly on my fingers and she ended up doing 4 coats of Shellac. It looked like I had blobs on my fingers. she also failed to do my cuticles. I was travelling the next day to Australia, when I arrived in Australia (48 hours later), the colour on my feet had changed from FUSHIA pink to ORANGE in parts. It was clear this was either because the shellac paint used was out of date OR because the nail technician failed to shake the paint. I called the salon today on returning from Australia, and she said that since two weeks had passed she couldn't do anything and it wasn't her problem. I explained I had a photo taken whilst abroad of the color change to illustrate that there was clearly something wrong with the paint applied and it had nothing to do with passage of time. she said she didnt care and it was not her problem. even though I believe I am entitled to a refund, I mentioned that I would pay for another pedicure (since I have one done every month) but i would expect the gelish paint to be re-applied for free (since the original paint applied was 'faulty') she said she cant do that. I told her i was giving her an opportunity to put right this poor service before I leave an honest review. She said she didn't care. I think the take away here is buyer be aware. If you have your nails done here - you may not get the color you asked for to be applied. If the color changes, dont expect any customer service as they simply DONT care!
Pedicure was nice but I didn’t feel the manicure was worth the money - its already chipped 2 days later.
Staff were friendly but communication was a little tricky.
extremely poor level of service. 3 coats appled on manicure - way too much and application by a male very very poorly. i wad admitted 40 min late as well. not worth the money unless you are being seen by the lady.
