Went down with my sister in law to get our nails done. We both had the spa pedicure and a manicure. The lady that did my nails was really good but they rushed my nails towards the end as they started to get busier in the shop. The guy doing my sister in laws nails was very inexperienced and chopped all her nails off which I was not happy about considering I took her there as a treat.

Didn't communicate properly the costs and let me know any additional costs. Didn't want to adhere to the prices they stated on Treatwell. I was not informed about extras until it was time to pay. No clarity about prices at all.
There was no prioritisation for people who booked appointments. I was told to come back an hour later after my nails were done after I had already booked an appointment to do both nails and feet.
Absolute shambles.
Won't ever go back again neither will I be recommending.

I booked for shellac manicure. The removal of my previous set was done well. The manicure was not shellac itself but alternatives. This has not lasted as well on the edges.
Massage chairs for the pedicure was a bonus. However the women were running behind so I was given the pedicure massage chair whilst they finished precious customers.
It was good value for money and you can do walk in appointments. Not sure whether I would use this place on a regular basis.

These guys never fail, very good job with my gel mani, pedi was great standards and happy with my upper lip wax. They have a great selection of colours too!
