Not a great experience. Booked an appt and it didn't start till 35 mins after the time I'd booked as the people working had accepted other walk in clients just before my appt. I then had to leave the salon just after my nails had been buffed down as the salon had to have some photos taken by an external photographer from treatwell who refused to come back at another point which seemed to be a scheduling error on both parts. My technician then rushed through my appt and even though staff were friendly, my technician was a bit rough with my hands and forgot to push back my cuticles before beginning so she then ended up knicking 4 of my fingers so they bled which seemed a bit excessively aggressive for a treatment and wouldn't have happened if she'd taken time to push my cuticles back. The tools that had been used on my fingers and which had come into contact with my blood were put back into the holders and seemingly were going to be used on the next client which isn't sterile at all and made me wonder how many other people's blood they'd come into contact with. The nails turned out ok but I can already see they won't last as long as my previous ones as they're a bit thin. The shellac polish has also already started to thin out too.
I was very disappointed as this salon is new and I know the staff were stretched but I. Which case they shouldn't have taken on extra clients that day. I don't think I'd go again.
Great colour choices. Unfortunately use a drill to take off shellac or gel. Even on fingers. Even when requested would not soak off. Hurt one of my toe nails a lot. Manicure and pedicure itself were good.
