I booked a gel polish and paid via Treatwell. The gel polish is fine but it’s not the neatest ever. When leaving I was told I had also received a manicure and had to pay a further £8. I was not informed of this extra cost at the time and was a bit taken aback but decided just to pay as I was alone - when I asked if I could pay by card they requested a bank transfer, for which my bank flagged the account details did not match… won’t be back!

Thomas was on hand yesterday and did my pedicure, he was attentive and listened to my needs. He was able to advise that what I wanted could not be created with normal polish. He treated me like a beloved client despite the fact it was my first visit.
