This was terrible. I paid before going on treatwell. when I arrived I was asked to choose a colour. When I went to pay I was instructed to pay an additional £14 because they put shellac on my toes, which I didn't ask for or want. Scam

Went to this salon rather than my usual place, due to a Treatwell voucher. If I was personally paying for the experience, I would have walked out. Snappy staff that told me not to get the treatment I had prepaid for. The staff member was watching TikToks of how to apply BIAB during my appointment. Why offer a treatment if staff members can't do it? The nails turned out bumpy & uneven, wouldn't recommend at all.
