The only problem is the manicure. I don't know if that's due to the actual nail polish or the other product but, as soon as I washed my hands at home, some weird pores came up on the nails, as if the nail polish absorbed the water.

I came in for a service that wasn’t available and got served by someone who didn’t know how to do ombre. Very disappointed this time.

I was early for my appointment but that wasn't a problem at all. Ruby was really nice and took care of my nails straight away. I'm really happy with the result. I got exactly what I wanted.
