Went to this salon rather than my usual place, due to a Treatwell voucher. If I was personally paying for the experience, I would have walked out. Snappy staff that told me not to get the treatment I had prepaid for. The staff member was watching TikToks of how to apply BIAB during my appointment. Why offer a treatment if staff members can't do it? The nails turned out bumpy & uneven, wouldn't recommend at all.

I had booked in for Ombré nails to go from pink to white. I left with nails that were not ombré but dark pink with a line of light pink going down the middle, and nails left shaped in all diagonal shapes. I asked about the shaping and was told it was just the angle I was looking at it from. When I asked for it to be pure white at the tip it was dipped in a whitish powder that left it lighter pink but not white, and definitely not ombré as it had a massive line going through the middle
