I arrived 10 mins late due to traffic and because I was driving could not call to notify the salon. I was chastised for being 10 minutes late and was told they had started someone else because of the past time. I was told I would have to wait 20 minutes because of this. Acetone was applied to my nails to remove my existing gel and remained on for a whole FIFTY MINUTES. By the time removal approached, my cuticles and beda were sore due to the chemicals. I felt deeply upset by it all. Not nice.

The shaping wasn’t that good either.
