The two Asian women who do the threading didn’t greet properly, because the don’t look after the nail bar so they didn’t bother (how would I know these are separate businesses?!?!). ..The nail bar staff was good and polite. Nail colour wasn’t as shown on the catalogue, it was much lighter than what I really wanted, but I can live with it. The guy who made my nails was quick and careful. Overall happy experience

I got my brows and nails done. Threading my brows only took about 2 minutes, wasn’t as painful as past experiences at other places and the results were really good at the end. My nails were done with great precision and care. Another customer was having an issue that my nail artist had to solve, he repeatedly apologised for solving an issue with another customer when he didn’t have to. Super friendly, time efficient and easily accessible.

May is amazing. As a fellow Chinese person, I really got on well with her :) she’s extremely talented and very lovely overall. Has great precision to her technique and great advice on caring for your nails :) I’ll be coming back soon! Snow
