Manicure and pedicure end result is good however the salon was a nightmare. They had over booked and a member of staff shouted at a customer when a customer wasn’t happy with the preparation for her pedicure. The customer wanted to leave without having her full treatment and staff blocked the door and shouted at her saying she had to pay even though she didn’t have the treatment (left straight after the foot soak). A customer then came back in as her manicure smudged and they told her they couldn’t sort it and she’d have to come back at the end of the day. Really uncomfortable atmosphere and zero customer service from staff.
